1. Accepting these terms

By browsing or otherwise using ibizamini, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the service.

2. What the service is

Ibizamini is a reading library of exam papers, marking guides and revision material published by our administrators. Members of the public cannot upload documents.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

bulk-scrape, mirror or resell material from the library;
attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits or security measures;
misrepresent the source of a document or strip its attribution;
use the service for anything unlawful or harmful to other users.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for activity carried out through your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Content and availability

We may add, edit, restrict or remove documents at any time to maintain quality, comply with the law or honor a rights holder's request. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service.

6. No warranty

Material is provided for study purposes as-is. While we work hard on accuracy, we cannot guarantee that every document is complete, current or error-free, and we are not liable for outcomes based on its use.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Significant changes will be reflected in the date shown at the top of this page.
